Participant Costs
Participants incur no costs for the use of the Participant Costs
provided participants fulfill their obligation to complete the entire program for professional development purposes.
If a participant fails to complete the program, as outlined in the Commitment Agreement below, the participant will incur a monetary cost.Commitment Agreement:
I agree to complete the Casino Management Certification Program in its entirety and remain in the Employment of _________________ Casino for a period of not less than _______ (months / years) upon completion of this program.
I also understand that the ________ Casino has made a substantial financial investment on my behalf. Therefore, I agree that if I choose to leave the Organization at any time prior to fulfilling this commitment and without the written consent of ____________ Casino Senior Management, I will be responsible for the entire reimbursement of _______ which is associated with providing me the opportunity to use this Program. The Terms of reimbursement are as follows: Payment due in full within 90-days from my departure from the Organization’s Employment.
